Random number
The block provides a pseudo-random number.
Inputs
EN is the enable Input of the random number generation. In the presence of input the high level every cycle of the program generated a random number when the presence of low level at the output of the last generated number.
MIN - the lower bound of the random value, inclusive
MAX - upper bound of random values, not inclusive.
Output
A random number between MIN and MAX - 1.
