1.6. By using FLProg Club, the User agrees to comply with this Agreement and the laws of the Russian Federation.
1.7. Creating an account or performing another action for which the interface requires confirmation of this Agreement constitutes acceptance of its terms.

- other free functions made available by the Administrator.
2.3. Certain functions may be available only to registered Users or to Users who have been granted the required access level or special permission.

3. User account
3.1. An account may be required to use some FLProg Club functions.
3.2. Registration may be performed through the FLProg software or by another method provided by the Administrator.

3.4. The User must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to the account.
3.5. The User may not transfer account credentials to another person for the purpose of bypassing access restrictions, obtaining restricted files, special versions, or other resources intended only for a specific User.
3.6. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User may contact the Administrator to restore or protect the account.
3.7. The procedure for restoring access is determined by the technical means available in FLProg Club at the relevant time.
3.8. An e-mail address, telephone number, and other additional contact details are provided voluntarily by the User unless a particular function expressly requires otherwise.
3.9. The User may change account information that is available for editing or contact the Administrator if the required change cannot be made independently.
4. Minor users
4.1. FLProg Club does not impose a general age restriction on access to the website’s free informational materials.
4.2. Minor Users use FLProg Club within the scope of their legal capacity established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.3. If, due to the User’s age, a legally significant action requires the consent or participation of a parent, adoptive parent, guardian, or custodian, that action must be performed with the relevant consent or participation of the legal representative.

7.3. If separate license terms are specified for a particular software product, file, or material, its use is governed by those terms.
7.4. Making a file available for download through FLProg Club does not by itself transfer exclusive rights in the relevant software product or material to the User.

8.3. By submitting material solely for the purpose of obtaining technical support, the User grants the Administrator the right to use it to the extent necessary to review the request, diagnose the problem, and respond to the User.
8.4. Such submission does not transfer exclusive rights in the material to the Administrator.
8.5. Publication of User material to an indefinite group of persons occurs only if the relevant function expressly provides for public publication or the User has separately expressed such an intention.
9. Informational messages
9.1. The Administrator may display technical and service notifications directly on the website when necessary for the operation of FLProg Club and the User account.
9.2. If the User has provided contact details, the Administrator may send messages necessary for account security, processing of a request, or completion of an action expressly requested by the User, where such sending is provided by the relevant function.

10.2. The Administrator aims to maintain stable operation of the website but does not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10.4. The Administrator is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control to the extent such liability may be limited under the laws of the Russian Federation.
